GENERAL ASSEMBLY 2025

We are pleased to announce that SCAPR’s 50th General Assembly will take place over three days, from 13 May to 15 May 2025 in Ljubljana. This event will be graciously hosted by AIPA and IPF whom we sincerely thank for their support and collaboration.

As the main decisional body of SCAPR, the General Assembly is where key decisions will be taken that will shape SCAPR’s future activities and endeavours. Attendance is strictly limited to SCAPR members, candidates for SCAPR membership, and appointed observers. In addition to the official agenda, the first afternoon will be dedicated to a special side event featuring organisations from the Balkan region involved in collective management. This session will include panel discussions and presentations, offering a platform to exchange knowledge, share experiences, and strengthen regional and international cooperation.

We are excited to bring together our community for this landmark occasion and look forward to insightful discussions and valuable networking opportunities.

Provisional GA Program

In the meantime, we are pleased to provide you with the below provisional program:.

 

  • from 8:00 am – Registration desk (ground floor, near the Reception) open in the Grand Plaza Hotel Ljubljana
  • 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm –Opening of the SCAPR General Assembly, Presentations and Panels on both local and international issues (detailed program to be shared shortly); in the Grand Plaza Hotel Ljubljana (Diamant Conference Room)
  • from 7:00 pm –Welcome reception at JB Restaurant* (Ljubljana City Centre, Miklošičeva Street 19)

 

 

  • 9:00 am to 6:00 pm – SCAPR General Assembly in the Grand Plaza Hotel Ljubljana (Diamant Conference Room)
  • Evening free

 

  • 9:00 am to 5:00 pm – SCAPR General Assembly in the Grand Plaza Hotel Ljubljana (Diamant Conference Room)
  • from 7:30pm – Gala Dinner* (Mansion Jamski dvorec, Postojna) – Shuttle will leave from Grand Plaza Hotel at 5:15PM
